2022 Catastrophic Clinical Summit: Connecting and Learning in Orlando

John Watts, Jr., Paradigm Chief Executive Officer, and Kathy Galia, Paradigm Chief Clinical Solutions Officer, were excited to welcome Paradigm team members and guests to the 2022 Paradigm Catastrophic Clinical Summit. Taking place in Orlando, Florida, from September 16–18, this year’s event brought together key members of the Paradigm Catastrophic Care Management team, a wide array of speakers, and Summit attendees for thought-provoking and fun continuing education opportunities, workshops, and social events. The theme for this year’s Summit was Connect, Learn, Play, Love.

“After a three-year pause, holding this Summit once again was a wonderful opportunity to come together, reflect on changes, and share gratitude for the tremendous work this team does every day to save lives,” Galia said.

The experienced and focused Paradigm Management Team is committed to the highest level of monitoring and care delivery for each and every seriously injured worker from day one. This is an approach carefully designed to deliver optimal medical and functional outcomes, seamless care coordination, encouragement, and patient education for patients and families alike.

“Achieving the unparalleled results that have set Paradigm apart for 30-plus years requires an unwavering dedication to training, continuing education, and team building,” noted Jo Carter, RN, BSN, CCM, Vice President, Clinical Resource Operations, who oversaw the development of the Summit. “This event is such a fundamental part of what we do, and it has been deeply gratifying to be able to see everyone embrace the conference theme and connect in person once again.”
