After successfully returning to an in-person event last year, Paradigm was excited to welcome everyone back together for the 2023 Catastrophic Clinical Summit. This year’s gathering took place September 8–10 in Atlanta, Georgia, and saw team members, expert speakers, and summit attendees participate in engaging workshops, continuing education opportunities, and social events. The theme for the 2023 Summit highlighted Paradigm’s unwavering focus on education and training and commitment to collaboration, excellence, and quality outcomes.
Paradigm’s reputation for clinical expertise is rooted in training that incorporates a robust onboarding program and continued development opportunities that are delivered through a learning management system that houses hundreds of clinical education offerings that our clinicians can take on-demand. To meet the substantial care demands of seriously injured workers, every Paradigm Management Team member has access to injury-specific catastrophic continuing education courses. Keeping current on industry approaches, trends, and philosophies is key to consistently delivering the best possible outcomes. Highlighting the central role of learning and development in a focused in-person meeting reinforced Paradigm’s commitment to continually raise the bar in catastrophic care management.
Summit highlights
Before the event, attendees took part in a tour of Shepherd Center for Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, a 2023-2024 U.S. News & World Report Best Rehabilitation Hospital. There, participants received a firsthand look at the life-renewing neurorehabilitation injured patients receive from this center of excellence.
The three-day summit was held at the Loews Resort in exciting midtown Atlanta, where Paradigm welcomed more than 380 attendees, including sponsors, partners, and speakers. Paradigm team members in attendance encompassed Network Managers, Medical Directors, Community Support Specialists, Directors of Clinical Solutions, Clinical Specialists, Vocational Clinical Specialists, Directors of Key Accounts, and members of the executive leadership team.

Capping off the event on Friday was the Shining Stars of Paradigm reception. Held at Atlanta’s famous Fox Theater, this was a special opportunity for friends and colleagues to reconnect on the red carpet while celebrating successes and life-changing outcomes from the past year.
Restoring health and hope with a human focus
We’d like to once again thank everyone who organized, participated in, and attended this important event, with special recognition to our sponsors. Above all, Paradigm believes that putting people first in our own company leads to better care and outcomes for injured workers and everyone we serve. Learn more about the Paradigm difference.
