25 Faces of Paradigm: Stories Inspiring Patient-Centered Care for 25 Years

There are 36 Paradigm Outcomes employees celebrating a 5, 10, 15 or 20-year anniversary alongside the company’s 25th this year. All employees, whether here from the beginning or starting today, share a commitment to positive patient outcomes across the care continuum. Their dedication drives the organization as a whole.

Throughout the year, Paradigm Outcomes will share 25 employee testimonials commemorating moments throughout the past 25 years that have inspired patient-centered care in the past, present and future. Stories told in the Faces of Paradigm video series highlight different perspectives and events, but uniting them all is clear insight into the value that Paradigm Outcomes delivers to injured workers and their families every day.

In one of the interviews, Jo Carter, vice president of network services, elaborates on her early days working with the company’s first CEO saying, “I’ve never met anyone like Mike who could instantaneously engage you with a mission and vision, take you along with him, and make you want to help him.”

Julie Minor, a triage specialist who has worked with Paradigm Outcomes since 1999, shares a heartfelt story about the impact a positive patient outcome had on her: “I just remember getting really choked up watching it, thinking, ‘that’s so awesome what we do.’ And people are really emotionally invested in it. And that’s amazing because it is not just a job; it’s not just what Paradigm does … We put our heart and soul and hard work in every day, and it’s great to see someone have a life after something horrible happens.”
