Paradigm is proud to announce that Kathy Galia, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Clinical Solutions, was recently honored as a 2021 Women to Watch honoree by Business Insurance. This program exists to recognize the outstanding work of women in the commercial insurance industry, including workers’ compensation and risk management.
A panel of editors selected 30 winners from nearly 300 nominations submitted earlier this year. Kathy will receive her award at a virtual ceremony and will be featured in a profile appearing in the December print edition of Business Insurance.

Kathy is a leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the health care and insurance industries, where she has developed a unique combination of business intelligence and clinical knowledge. Before joining the team at Paradigm, she had already built an impressive career combining her strategic leadership abilities with an extensive understanding of acute workplace injuries.
Originally trained as a nurse, Kathy approaches every project and decision as a genuine patient advocate, with the ultimate goal of achieving long-term health for patients.
