Jim Hudak Honored With 2018 Comp Laude Philanthropy Award

Jim Hudak, executive chairman of Paradigm Outcomes, received the 2018 Comp Laude Philanthropy Award on Oct. 10, 2018.

Hudak has distinguished himself as a true champion for Kids’ Chance, taking every opportunity to spread the word about the Kids’ Chance mission. His infectious enthusiasm has inspired many Paradigm employees to become involved in state organizations.

In May, Hudak received the Robert M. Clyatt Distinguished Service Award from Kids’ Chance.
During Hudak’s tenure as CEO of Paradigm (July 2011 to October 2017), Paradigm donated more than $850,000 to Kids’ Chance organizations. Paradigm is the largest corporate donor to Kids’ Chance of America.

Watts, Jr., Paradigm CEO. “Within Paradigm, Jim has made Kids’ Chance part of the company’s DNA. He understands how the organization’s mission aligns with our company’s mission to reach more people and improve more lives.”

Hudak has taken the time to meet every Kids’ Chance state organization president and to speak individually with scholarship recipients. He has offered internships to at least two scholarship recipients to help make their plans for healthcare careers a reality.

Jim Hudak is the Executive Chairman of Paradigm Outcomes, engaging with key clients, industry leaders, and supporting the company’s growth and its executive team. He spent six years as Paradigm’s CEO before moving into the Executive Chairman role, and has served on the company’s board of directors since 2010. Prior to his tenure at Paradigm, Jim served as the Chief Administrative Officer at CRC Health Group where he oversaw several functions including human resources, IT, risk management and finance. He also spent time at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he served as the Global Managing Partner of the Healthcare Practice. He was Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group where he held the positions of Corporate Chief Information Officer and then CEO of subsidiary United Behavioral Health.
