Leading Rehab Groups Collaborate With Paradigm on Evidence-Based Practice

The American Congress of Rehab Medicine (ACRM), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Paradigm are very pleased to announce an outcomes evidence-based practice initiative to co-fund, develop, translate, brand, and disseminate high-quality, clinical practice guidelines.

“This initiative will benefit patients and providers,” says Paradigm Chief Medical Officer Michael Choo, MD. “Providers will get access to evidence-based reviews and practice resources to standardize clinical practice approaches and decrease variations of care.”

This initiative supports ACRM’s Evidence and Practice Committee, which includes the Science Subcommittee and the Policy and Dissemination Subcommittee, of which Dr. Choo is the chair.  This group oversees the distribution of best practices to providers in the rehab industry.

ACRM Special Interest and Networking Groups with systematic reviews or guideline development activities planned or already underway can follow the link to the EPC Web Page for more details and the auto fill submission form.
