During this thought leadership session, Kevin, Dr. Choo, and Kathy demonstrated how episodic care management encourages provider accountability and patient engagement—ultimately, paving the way toward better, faster outcomes. Citing a work-related rotator cuff injury, they showed how using best practices associated with this approach could lower per-case costs by tens of thousands of dollars, and shorten return-to-work timelines by months compared to typical cases.
