Paradigm at WCI 2021: Better Together

Paradigm is excited to continue our return to in-person events by attending the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) Conference which will take place December 12–15 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida – with the theme “Better Together.”

The Paradigm team is proud to support WCI 2021 as an Elite Sponsor. As we close out our 30th anniversary year, sponsoring and attending this conference is a fantastic opportunity to highlight our evolving mission to change lives for the better through accountable care management.

Paradigm invites anyone attending to stop by our booth, #617, located on the center aisle of the exhibit hall, to meet with our executives, sales, account management, operations, and marketing teams.

Join Paradigm experts for two exciting presentations
Thought leaders from Paradigm will be speaking at the conference in two separate panel discussions, both on Tuesday, December 14.

First, Paradigm Network Development Specialist Patchez Pirtle, RN, will share her firsthand experience helping catastrophically injured workers adjust to life with prosthetics. Considerations For Prosthetics In Workers’ Compensation will bring together perspectives from the clinical, claims, and legal sectors to explore the implications of amputation and long-term recovery for injured workers.

Next, Paradigm Senior Director, Vocational Case Management, Clinical Solutions Kathy McNulty, MS, CDMS, CCM, will be moderating A Look At Successful Transitional Return To Work Programs. This panel will discuss practical experiences involved with implementing transitional programs for returning to work. Particularly, the experts will cover the challenges faced and strategies used to overcome resistance in what is often a very difficult and emotional time. This engaging talk will demonstrate the impact of transitional programs on injured workers, while giving attendees a deeper understanding of best practices and a clearer picture of how to successfully measure results in transitional return to work programs.
