Paradigm is Proud to Sponsor NWCDC 2020

Paradigm always looks forward to connecting with people across the industry at the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference (NWCDC). With this year’s event being virtual, we’re certainly going to miss the opportunity to see everyone in person.

As a proud Gold Sponsor of this important event, we believe that coming together to discuss the next generation of workers’ compensation is more crucial than ever in these uncertain times. This is why we’re excited to be participating in this year’s conference with a digital session discussing the future of leadership and workplace culture in workers’ comp.

Digital session: shrinking the work comp talent gap and shaping future leaders
Many of the crucial roles in the workers’ compensation industry are aging out of the workforce at a faster rate than they are entering. It is essential that the industry focuses on attracting and retaining young talent in order to shape our future leaders. How can we inspire young professionals who are looking to help people and make a difference through their careers?

Paradigm has put together an expert panel to explore crucial strategies for promoting growth opportunities within the industry, attracting young talent who are new to workers’ compensation, and providing mentoring opportunities to close the talent gap. We will also take an in-depth look at how to develop and maintain diverse, inclusive, and supportive company cultures and work environments.

We’re excited for professionals across the industry to join us for what promises to be an engaging and informative conversation. We will be providing up-to-date information and session details as they become available.

Paradigm 2020 highlights
As we prepare for this annual conference, it has given us the opportunity to stop and reflect on this unprecedented year. Like many organizations, we found ourselves quickly evolving to continue to meet our commitment to injured workers and their families and developing leading solutions that drive the industry forward.

Here’s a glimpse at some of Paradigm’s exciting 2020 achievements:

  • Paradigm Contagion CareSM: To meet health care needs in this unprecedented era, Paradigm created an award-winning program to give injured workers with COVID-19 the very best chance at an optimal outcome.
  • Business Insurance Innovation Award: In recognition of our work in developing and launching Contagion Care, Paradigm was recognized as a 2020 Business Insurance Innovation Awards winner. In this video, our Catastrophic Care Management clinical experts share the successful COVID-19 recovery of an essential health care worker through this one-of-a-kind solution.
  • Fusion by ParadigmSM highlighted in study: In an independent study by Boston Strategic Partners, Fusion by Paradigm, a data-driven implant cost containment solution, was found to reduce implant costs by 25% compared to typical industry outcomes.
  • Case Management Impact Series: This fall, Paradigm launched a series to feature case management stories that have made a meaningful impact on the lives of the people we help. This series demonstrates how dedicated our case management professionals are to creating meaningful connections
