Paradigm Outcomes is a proud supporter of Kids’ Chance of America, which is celebrating 10 years of providing educational opportunities and scholarships for the children of workers seriously injured or killed on the job.

That mission aligns with Paradigm’s central values. Both organizations are about possibility – reclaiming the future in the wake of catastrophe.

“The Kids’ Chance mission mirrors the core of who we are as a company,” said Jim Hudak, Paradigm Chairman and CEO. “It’s part of our DNA for employees to volunteer at the national level and in state organizations. They are involved on state boards and committees, raise money through company events and proudly spread the Kids’ Chance message whenever they can. And together, we’ll help Kids’ Chance reach into all 50 states.”
