Paradigm Shares Whole Person, Whole Family Approach with Thousands at NWCDC 2019

National Workers’ Compensation & Disability Conference, November 6-8 in Las Vegas, was an overwhelming success for Paradigm with more than 50 team members in attendance.

At the conference, we unveiled our newly enhanced Expert-Driven, Data-Guided (EDDG) platform. The EDDG platform uses proprietary case management data from Paradigm’s nearly 30 years of experience serving the workers’ compensation industry to inform our approach and deliver superior outcomes for catastrophically injured workers.

“Paradigm has set the standard for value-based care and for transforming the lives of catastrophically injured workers and their families,” said Kevin Turner, CEO, Paradigm Catastrophic Care Management division. “At Paradigm, we believe conceptualizing great outcomes should always be guided by robust data, which is why we continue to invest in our proprietary case management system that is the first-of-its-kind in the health care industry.”

The in-booth presentation, What Treating the Whole Person Really Means, gave a practical overview of how addressing an injured worker’s environmental, spiritual, and emotional needs helps mitigate the inevitable challenges that can delay recovery. The presenters were Steven Moskowitz, MD, Senior Medical Director, Paradigm; Stan Smith, Senior Vice President, Paradigm Specialty Networks; Jean Brajuha, MHS, CRC, CCM, Vice President of Operations, Paradigm Complex Care Solutions; Dr. Michael Choo, MD, MBA, FACEP, FAAEM, CMRO, Chief Medical Officer & SVP.

Thanks to our business associates who participated in Paradigm’s events to learn more about how to get the best possible outcomes for the most challenging cases. We look forward to seeing you at NWCDC 2020 in Chicago.
