As we look back on an especially difficult year, Paradigm would like to express deep gratitude for all the hard work our team has put forth. In a time in which we all experienced unprecedented challenges, professionally and personally, Paradigm finished in as strong a position as any company could hope. We’re a resilient team, and we’re ready to start growing again in 2021—all because of the tremendous efforts put forth by every member of the Paradigm organization. 

While we couldn’t function without everyone from across the organization, there are three categories of team members that proved to be the backbone of the Paradigm team in 2020.

• Essential workers: The people around the country who came into the office multiple days a week, if not every day, to keep Paradigm running throughout the pandemic. 
• Front-line clinical teams: While facing a dangerous pandemic, our nurse case managers, network managers, and Paradigm medical directors showed unparalleled courage and perseverance to ensure our injured workers and their families received the care necessary for uninterrupted recovery. 
• IT team: Paradigm was fortunate to experience such a smooth transition to remote work for nonessential staff, and we primarily have our expert information technology team to thank for that. They managed many logistics in a very short time frame while ensuring no interruption to our business operations.

You truly are Paradigm’s unsung heroes. Thank you again for your continuing dedication and passion, which have inspired so many.
