At Paradigm, we are inspired every day by our Network Managers (NWM) and Medical Directors (PMD). They have such a positive impact on injured workers and their families.

Outstanding network managers and medical directors are nominated each quarter for extraordinary excellence in case management that had a direct impact on the injured worker’s outcomes.

Thanks to every Paradigm team member for all the great work they do.

Congratulations to our 2018 Q4 Award Winners – John Kucan, MD, FACS and Cannon Peppers, RN, BSN, CCM

John Kucan, MD, FACS

Nancy St. Onge, Director of Clinical Services, nominated Dr. Kucan for his “incredible expertise, guidance, education, calm demeanor, consistent follow up with physicians, and thoughtful preparation for all calls.”

Cannon Peppers, RN, BSN, CCM

Cannon Peppers was nominated by Rebecca Kurumada, MBA, BS, Director of Clinical Services, for his drive to go above and beyond for each injured worker and their family. She highlights a case in which Cannon intervened to prevent unnecessary procedures and ensured the injured worker received the best available care. Cannon continued exceptional care for the injured worker, even after the case was transitioned to a local network manager. Rebecca explained, “Cannon’s commitment for doing what is best for the injured worker resulted in the elimination of unnecessary risky procedures… and a smooth, successful transfer of care to new providers and network manager.”
